Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic

Creative Lead

who can generate innovative ideas, lead content direction, and elevate our brand storytelling across all platforms.

This role is not about just posting content — it’s about

owning the creative vision behind campaigns

, from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
  • creative direction
  • for all marketing campaigns (online & offline)
  • Develop
  • unique campaign ideas
  • for product launches, offers, and seasonal events (e.g., Ramadan, Eid, National Day)
  • Create
  • content concepts
  • for:
  • Social media (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat)
  • WhatsApp marketing

• Ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)

  • Work closely with:
  • Designers
  • Video editors
  • Marketing team
  • to bring ideas to life
  • Build
  • storytelling strategies
  • for each perfume/product
  • Plan
  • monthly content calendars
  • with strong themes and narratives
  • Analyze trends and adapt creative direction accordingly
  • Ensure all content reflects a
  • premium / luxury brand image
  • Oversee photoshoots, reels, and campaign execution

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6+ years in
  • creative/content/marketing roles
  • Experience in
  • perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury brands
  • (VERY important)
  • Strong portfolio showing:
  • Campaign ideas
  • Social media concepts
  • Branding direction
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Social media trends
  • Viral content strategies
  • Audience psychology
  • Ability to think
  • out of the box consistently
  • Strong communication & leadership skills

Bonus (Big Advantage)

  • Experience with
  • GCC market
  • Arabic & English content understanding
  • Experience with
  • influencer campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of ads performance (what converts vs what just looks nice)

  • Campaign performance (engagement + conversions)
  • Growth in brand awareness
  • Quality and consistency of creative output
  • Viral/innovative campaign execution
  • Contribution to sales through creative direction
