Counterparty Onboarding Associate

Being a first point of contact for KYC enquires relating to current onboardings, as well as refreshes to maintain Brevan Howard’s active accounts.

Sharing constitutional / financial documents with counterparts where appropriate

Monitoring and Maintaining Brevan’s KYC Portal

Answering counterparty questionnaires and queries

Liaising with internal departments to escalate more complex queries

Obtaining KYC from Counterparties and ensuring internal records are up to date

Assisting in the day to day life cycle of counterparty on boarding across multiple asset classes

Tracking and monitoring new counterparties / new products for existing counterparties via workflow software

Sending out on boarding requirements – high level reviewing and passing these on the relevant departments

Liaising with internally risk / compliance / legal and Middle office teams to get the counterparts in place (includes; chasers, reviews, risk and compliance approvals)

Liaising externally with Front/ middle /back office functions

Monitoring inbound communications to the counterparties team – answering BAU queries and liaising with relevant department where appropriate

Updating internal stakeholders

Participating in catch-up meeting to review all on-going enquiries

Operating compliance and middleware platforms
