- Maintain the privacy of client information
- Support compliance oversight, especially in KYC, CDD, and EDD
- Support WPS salary processing and manage SIF file operations
- Uphold a professional attitude and a welcoming approach toward customers
- Comply with company policies and maintain excellent service quality
- Provide outstanding customer service both in person and via phone
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
- Finance Graduate or related qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be currently based in the UAE
