Position Overview
The Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate is based in Calgary Foothills, Alberta.
The role supports customers through counter sales, product inquiries, order processing, and warehouse activities.
The position reports to the Branch Manager.
How You Will Thrive
- Assist customers with product inquiries and source additional products.
- Receive and process orders through the counter.
- Provide product knowledge and confirm stock availability.
- Maintain the showroom and counter shelves.
- Pick, ship, and receive orders and replenish stock levels.
- Support counter sales, customer inquiries, sales initiatives, and customer experiences.
- Build customer relationships and ensure the corporate image is reflected.
Qualifications
- One to two years of prior counter sales or warehouse experience is required.
- Candidates must communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
- Candidates must prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to impart knowledge are required.
