Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide planning and cost-controlling support for all projects.
- Develop and maintain project budgets.
- Control and monitor total project expenditure.
- Review cost estimates and recommend future budgets or procurement strategies.
- Manage project accounting databases to ensure timely security and control.
- Prepare monthly project forecasts based on ongoing project activities.
- Prepare monthly project costing reports for the team and management.
- Support accounts receivable during billing processing and monitor billing status and unbilled issues.
- Maintain the company's interests and objectives when dealing with third parties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working in cost control and planning.
- MS Project or Primavera P6 software experience is preferred.
