- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and account adjustments
- Support month end close and contribute to process improvements
- Analyze WIP, production orders, and inventory activity across operations
- Prepare and review monthly operational and inventory reports
- Partner cross functionally to identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions
Requirements
- 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
