- Construction and/or manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Procore, Sage, or similar software

Overview
- Baltimore, MD/ In office 5 days/week
- Our client, a well known privately held construction company in Baltimore, MD is looking to hire a Bookkeeper to their growing team!
- This Bookkeeper provides administrative and financial support to the project management team within a construction and manufacturing environment.
- This role reports directly to the Assistant Controller and works closely with Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between project management, accounting, and external stakeholders
- Prepare, submit, and track change orders and RFIs
- Assist with the preparation and submission of monthly pay applications
- Monitor and update project budgets, forecasts, and cost projections
- Support invoice processing and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors

Bookkeeper Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field preferred
