Opportunity Overview
- Excellent opportunity for a high calibre corporate lawyer to join a leading Middle East Corporate team based in Dubai.

- The role will involve leading M&A transactions from start to finish, so candidates should be confident running deals and managing stakeholders independently.
Requirements
- Trained and qualified (UK/US/ AUS) solicitor with a Legal 500 law firm
- Experience in the Middle East market
- Arabic language skills and/or exposure to PE and / or venture capital transactions would be highly advantageous, but are not essential.
