RAYNE is seeking experienced Corporate M&A Lawyers based in Abu Dhabi to join its consultant team.
Consultants are embedded directly within client organisations as extensions of in-house teams and receive support from RAYNE throughout engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate structuring from due diligence to post-merger integration.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and other corporate transaction documents.
- Provide guidance on deal structuring, regulatory approvals, and corporate-law compliance.
- Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments for private and public company acquisitions.
- Support cross-border transactions in compliance with international and regional regulations.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience and admission in a major international jurisdiction.
- At least 5 years of M&A experience at a top-tier international law firm or in-house within a corporate or M&A function.
- Strong background in private equity, corporate transactions, and due diligence.
- Proven ability to handle complex, high-value cross-border deals.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Regional experience is required.
- Arabic language skills are a plus but not required.
