Responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, and review legal documents such as Board Resolutions, Powers of Attorney, and other corporate documentation
- Support company incorporation activities including trade name reservation, licensing, amendments, and ownership changes
- Draft and update Articles of Association in line with Saudi corporate laws
- Manage submissions and workflows through government portals (MISA, MoC, Saudi Business Center)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and PRO teams for execution of regulatory requirements
- Conduct visits to government authorities, notary public, and ministries for document execution and approvals
- Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and compliance with legal requirements
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing guidance on corporate secretarial and regulatory matters
- Advise on procedures, timelines, costs, and requirements for licenses and approvals
Requirements
- Knowledge of Saudi corporate laws and regulations
- Experience with government portals (MISA, MoC, Saudi Business Center)
- Ability to draft and review legal documents such as Board Resolutions and Powers of Attorney
- Strong organizational and record keeping skills

Role Overview

- The role involves working closely with internal teams, PROs, and clients to ensure smooth entity setup and ongoing compliance.
- Candidates will also interact with key Saudi government platforms such as MISA, Ministry of Commerce, and Saudi Business Center.
