Overview
- We are working with a top tier international law firm based in Dubai for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Corporate M&A team.
The Role
- The successful candidate will join a growing Corporate/M&A team advising multinational corporations, private equity sponsors, government owned entities, portfolio companies, high net worth individuals and investors on complex domestic and cross border corporate transactions.
- The role involves advising clients on domestic and cross border M&A transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, corporate reorganisations and general corporate advisory matters.
- The successful candidate will lead and support complex transactions from inception to completion, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and coordinate multi jurisdictional matters.
Essential Criteria
- 2+ years’ PQE
- Strong corporate law background
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
- Organisation skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Technically excellent
