Overview
- We are working with an international law firm based in Abu Dhabi for a Partner to join their Disputes team.
- The team advises multinational corporations, financial institutions, investment funds, government entities and high net worth clients on complex domestic and cross border disputes.
The Role
- Handle complex fraud, insolvency, breach of contract, shareholder, joint venture and fiduciary duty disputes.
- Oversee cross border investigations and regulatory matters.
- Develop and maintain key client relationships.
- Drive business development across the Middle East.
- Mentor and lead legal teams.
