- Technically excellent
- Negotiation skills
- Willingness to become involved in business development
- Ability to work independently and as a team

The Role
- The successful candidate will join an elite global Banking team, advising a spectrum of lenders and borrowers on a range of domestic and cross border finance transactions, including cross leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, and general corporate lending.
Duties
- Support transactions throughout the full lifecycle, from structuring and documentation through to execution and closing.
- Draft and review financing documentation.
- Assist with negotiation of key transaction terms.
- Conduct due diligence and support deal structuring across complex financing matters.
- Demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria
- 2 6 PQE
- Qualified solicitor within England & Wales or another Commonwealth jurisdiction
- Strong background in banking & finance within a medium to large commercial law firm
- Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness
