Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, discreet, and service‑driven
Corporate Flight Attendant
to support a
Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) businessman based in Dubai
.
The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong cultural awareness, and the ability to deliver highly personalised service across global travel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a seamless, safe, and refined onboard experience while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
In‑Flight & Cabin Services
- Deliver five‑star onboard service tailored to the Principal’s preferences
- Prepare and serve premium food, beverages, and amenities to luxury standards
- Maintain immaculate cabin presentation before, during, and after flights
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety procedures and emergency protocols
Pre‑Flight & Post‑Flight Responsibilities
- Cabin provisioning, catering coordination, and stock management
- Liaise with flight crew, operators, handlers, and ground services globally
- Conduct pre‑flight safety and equipment checks
- Manage deep cleaning, linen rotation, and inventory reporting
Principal Support & Confidentiality
- Anticipate the Principal’s needs and act with absolute discretion
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Principal’s identity, travel, and business affairs
- Adapt service style for business, family, or VIP guest flights
- Support irregular schedules and last‑minute travel changes with flexibility
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum
- 3–5 years’ experience
- as a
Corporate And Private Jet Flight Attendant
- Proven experience serving
- UHNWI or VIP principals
- Strong knowledge of private aviation service standards and safety protocols
- Fluent in
English
- (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, calm demeanour, and polished presentation
- Physically fit and medically cleared for flight duties
Visa & Travel Requirements (Strong Preference)
- Candidates with
- existing valid visas
- for the following countries will be strongly preferred:
- **United States**
- **United Kingdom**
- **China**
- *(This is to enable seamless short‑notice international travel with the Principal.)*
