Financial Planning and Analysis
- Support corporate financial planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Prepare financial models and analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reports and management commentary.
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, cash flow, profitability, working capital, and liquidity.
- Develop financial scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and dashboards for financial KPIs.
Investment and Strategy
- Evaluate business initiatives, investment opportunities, projects, products, markets, or acquisitions.
- Support business cases, valuation analysis, discounted cash flow, comparable-company analysis, and investment return analysis.
- Support strategic planning, corporate development, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, restructuring, and due diligence when required.
Reporting and Collaboration
- Coordinate with Treasury and Accounting teams and reconcile financial data used in management reporting.
- Prepare financial presentations for senior management and conduct market, industry, and competitor financial research.
- Improve financial reporting processes, models, and analytical tools while maintaining confidentiality of corporate information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment analysis, transaction advisory, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, financial modeling, and analytical methods.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow, working capital, profitability, and financial performance.
- Experience preparing management reports and financial presentations.
- Familiarity with ERP, financial planning, or business intelligence systems.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are welcome; UAE or GCC market experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with DCF, valuation, and investment analysis.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- UAE or GCC market experience.
