About the Role
Kids Zone in Dubai is seeking a Corporate Events Manager to drive revenue through B2B sales of corporate events. The role involves prospecting, client outreach, proposal negotiation, and event coordination.

Responsibilities
- Prospecting and pipeline building maintaining a live CRM pipeline of 15+ active corporate prospects at all times
- Client outreach and relationship development minimum 5 outreach attempts per day and face to face meetings with corporate decision makers
- Proposal and negotiation responding to every corporate enquiry within two hours, preparing tailored proposals within 24 hours
- Event handover and delivery coordination owning the client relationship from sale through to delivery, creating detailed event briefs, and conducting post event debriefs
- Retention and repeat business following up 30 days post event, tracking anniversaries, and targeting 40% repeat booking rate
- Transparent reporting daily morning check in and evening check out via CRM, weekly pipeline review with the Owner every Monday
Requirements
- Minimum three years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrable track record of closing deals
- Experience in events, hospitality, entertainment, or family focused services is a strong advantage
- Existing corporate network in Dubai is a significant advantage
- A self driven, commercially aggressive, and genuinely relationship oriented sales professional
- Comfortable walking into a corporate office, picking up the phone to a stranger, and following up relentlessly
- Articulate, professionally presented, and confident in front of HR managers, event coordinators, and senior decision makers
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Arabic or additional languages are a strong commercial advantage
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred for client visits across the city

- We are looking for a Corporate Events Manager who will be the revenue growth engine of KidsZone beyond walk in and birthday party business.
