Job Overview

  • Since 2009, Kids Zone has been a leader in children's entertainment and education, providing immersive and fun learning experiences that captivate families across Dubai.
  • Kids Zone operates through multiple business units including Kids Zone (children's entertainment venue), KZ Events (corporate and private events), and FixTossMove (home services).
  • We are looking for a driven, organized, and results oriented Business Development Executive to support growth across our expanding business portfolio.
  • This role reports directly to the Founder and combines business development, lead generation, relationship management, operational coordination, and reporting responsibilities.

What You Will Own

  • FixTossMove Operations: Recruit and onboard home service contractors across maintenance, cleaning, and handyman categories
  • Maintain active contractor communication through WhatsApp groups and direct channels
  • Follow up on every customer booking and service request within 2 hours
  • Monitor contractor performance, collect customer feedback, and flag quality issues immediately
  • Resolve customer concerns directly and escalate unresolved issues within 4 hours
  • Build and maintain a database of at least 30 vetted contractors across service categories
  • KZ Events Business Development: Research potential corporate event clients across Dubai including companies, schools, nurseries, hotels, and retail brands
  • Contact prospects through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and telephone with a minimum of 5 outreach attempts per day
  • Build and maintain a live sales pipeline of at least 10 active prospects at all times
  • Follow up on every proposal and quotation within 48 hours
  • Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and service providers for event requirements and pricing
  • Maintain accurate CRM records with contact details, conversation notes, and pipeline stage for every prospect

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE work experience in sales, business development, account management, or operations
  • Strong written and spoken English is mandatory
  • Experience in events, hospitality, real estate, or service industry background preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, measured on results
  • Strong organizational and follow up skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Experienced with WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email as business communication tools
  • Must have own laptop and smartphone available for work
  • Additional language skills (Arabic, Tagalog, or others) are a strong advantage
  • Experience managing contractors, vendors, or external service providers is a plus
  • Social media proficiency is a bonus
