- Generate new business across Kids Zone, KZ Events, and all future ventures
- Manage corporate client relationships from first contact to confirmed booking
- Build school, nursery, and hotel partnerships that bring recurring group business
- Maintain a live sales pipeline that you build, manage, and convert
- Develop birthday party referral partnerships across Dubai
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and proposal presentations across Dubai
- Follow up on leads and research new prospects
- Update CRM and report daily activity
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience in the UAE
- Natural relationship builder, confident, energetic, and enjoys meeting people
- Comfortable with cold outreach: walk ins, phone calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email
- Organised and disciplined with CRM systems and daily reporting
- Strong spoken and written English is mandatory
- Additional language skills are a strong advantage
- Experience in events, hospitality, education, or family focused services is preferred
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred for client visits across Dubai

About the role
- We are hiring a Business Development Coordinator to be our revenue engine.
- Your mission is simple: get out there and bring new business to Kids Zone.
- This is not a desk job. You will spend your days visiting companies, meeting school principals, walking into hotel lobbies, calling nurseries, pitching corporate HR departments, and following up on every opportunity until it converts.
What Your Day Looks Like
- Morning: Plan your outreach, update your pipeline, and hit the road
- Midday: Client meetings, site visits, and proposal presentations across Dubai
- Afternoon: Follow ups, partnership discussions, and new prospect research
- End of day: CRM updated, activity reported, tomorrow planned
What You Will Own
- New business generation across Kids Zone, KZ Events, and all future ventures
