- Develop and execute Rotana's global social media strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning
- Lead the global social content calendar, ensuring campaigns support commercial priorities, hotel openings, loyalty programmes, partnerships, and key cultural moments
- Drive audience growth, engagement, brand awareness, and commercial performance through innovative social first strategies
- Champion emerging trends, new platforms, creator partnerships, and evolving digital technologies
- Lead paid and organic social content strategies in collaboration with Marketing, PR, Digital, and Commercial teams
- Oversee executive social media presence and thought leadership initiatives across platforms such as LinkedIn
- Manage global social media agencies, creative partners, influencers, and platform relationships
- Monitor campaign performance, audience insights, and social analytics to continuously optimise content and maximise ROI
- Develop global social media governance, best practice guidelines, and capability building programmes for hotel teams worldwide
- Provide strategic support for hotel pre openings, rebranding projects, and major brand initiatives
- Manage the annual social media budget while ensuring effective investment across content production, paid media, creator partnerships, and agency support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 8 years' experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience leading social media for an international hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brand
- Deep expertise across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, creator ecosystems, paid social advertising, and audience growth strategies
- Experience managing global agencies, creative production, influencer partnerships, and cross functional teams

Education, Qualifications & Experiences
