Role Overview
The Corporate Development team identifies trends, builds partner relationships, and executes strategic acquisitions and investments.
The Corporate Development Manager will support transaction teams and independently own meaningful initiatives across the deal lifecycle.
The role focuses on capital deployment, business combinations, new capabilities, and expansion of market opportunities.
Workplace
- This is a hybrid position requiring time between a home workspace and an office within commuting distance of Gurugram, India.
- The frequency of office attendance may range from several times per week to once a month or quarter, depending on leadership decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own sourcing, evaluation, modeling, negotiation support, and closing workstreams across the M&A process.
- Develop transaction outlooks and clearly communicate recommendations to deal leads and stakeholders.
- Build financial models, valuation analyses, investment materials, and executive-ready reports.
- Lead due diligence and coordinate with Finance, Legal, Tax, Strategy, and business teams.
- Conduct market and competitive research and maintain relationships with industry players, banks, and advisors.
