Requirements
- Corporate Development and Finance skills, including experience in growth strategy, investment evaluation, and capital allocation
- Strong Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling capabilities
- Experience in Due Diligence, including reviewing financial, legal, and operational information for real estate or investment transactions
- Knowledge of real estate markets, particularly in the UAE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are an advantage
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi

Role Description
- The Corporate Development Manager is a part time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for supporting strategic growth initiatives across Ghaderi Realty Dubai’s portfolio. This role involves identifying and evaluating new investment and partnership opportunities, conducting market and compet
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new investment and partnership opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Support transaction execution.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and leadership teams to prepare business cases, financial models, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate due diligence activities.
- Monitor performance of strategic projects.
- Provide analytical insights to guide decision making and long term planning.
Qualifications
- Corporate Development and Finance skills, including experience in growth strategy, investment evaluation, and capital allocation.
- Strong Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling capabilities to assess deals, forecast returns, and support data driven decisions.
- Experience in Due Diligence, including reviewing financial, legal, and operational information for real estate or investment transactions.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, particularly in the UAE, and familiarity with sales, leasing, and property management concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools, with the ability to prepare clear reports and strategic recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
