- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- Proven experience in a commercial or real estate management role, preferably in Dubai or GCC

Role Description
- The Commercial Manager will oversee and grow the commercial operations of Ghaderi Realty Dubai, focusing on revenue generation, profitability, and long term business development.
- This part time, on site role based in Dubai includes managing sales and leasing activities, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting off plan and property management initiatives.
- Daily responsibilities include preparing business plans, monitoring commercial performance, negotiating and managing contracts with clients and partners, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure service quality.
- The Commercial Manager will also analyze market trends, identify new commercial opportunities, and support the leadership team in setting pricing, sales strategies, and growth targets.

- Business Planning capabilities
- Team Management experience
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations, market dynamics, and commercial property practices
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- Proven experience in a commercial or real estate management role, preferably within the Dubai or GCC market
