Conduct financial analysis to evaluate acquisition and strategic growth opportunities
Support due diligence processes including data gathering, validation, and documentation
Assist in maintaining and tracking the corporate development pipeline and reporting updates
Build and refine financial models to support valuation and investment decisions
Prepare executive and Board-level presentations and supporting materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Operations, and Integration teams
Support acquisition execution activities and post-transaction integration planning
Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects across the organization
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all financial and analytical deliverables
Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to senior leadership as required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Internship or co-op experience in investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, or deal advisory will be considered towards relevant experience
Strong exposure to financial modelling, valuation, and/or transaction support
Experience supporting due diligence, research, or deal execution is an asset
Pursuing or completion of CFA, CPA, or CBV is considered an asset
Be considered for future Corporate Development opportunities within a high-growth national organization
Gain exposure to M&A, strategic investments, and executive-level decision-making
Work closely with senior leadership on high-impact growth initiatives
Contribute to shaping the future growth of Canada’s largest dental support network
