We’re looking for a Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations across a multi-entity, national organization.
This role combines hands-on payroll processing with process improvement, requiring strong technical expertise and attention to detail. You’ll play a key role in ensuring payroll is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time, while partnering with cross-functional teams to support employee lifecycle changes and reporting requirements.
Support day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing across multiple entities
Review and validate bi-weekly payroll, identifying and resolving discrepancies
Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll legislation across multiple provinces
Act as a point of escalation for complex payroll inquiries and issues
Partner with HR, Finance, and operational teams to ensure employee changes are accurately reflected

Maintain payroll records and support audit requirements and documentation
Assist with year-end activities, including T4 and RL1 preparation and reconciliations
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage deadlines
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across team
Flexibility required during peak periods such as year-end and audits
