The Corporate Counsel is responsible for providing legal advice on standard and recurring matters, ensuring timely and accurate responses to internal queries. The role drafts, updates, and negotiates contracts to protect the organization's interests and mitigate risks, working under limited supervision. The role research, drafts, and supports complex legal matters and projects, while also offering training on legal and compliance rules. The role stays updated on legal developments to ensure the organization remains compliant.

Provides legal advice and support on standard and recurring matters within a specialized legal area, ensuring accurate and timely responses to internal queries.

Drafts and updates template contracts, as well as negotiates medium-complex contracts to protect the organization's interests and mitigate legal risks, working under limited supervision.

Assists senior legal counsel by providing support on various questions, projects, and training initiatives within the specialized legal domain.

Works under the supervision of a more senior legal counsel on complex legal matters, offering research, drafting, and analytical support as needed.

Keeps track of the main developments and advises and trains the organization in legal and compliance rules.
