This full-time opportunity is for a Business Analyst Trainee in the Technology and Customer Experience team through the Tamheer Program.
The role provides hands-on experience supporting business improvement, technology, and digital transformation initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist with gathering business requirements and analyzing processes.
- Support testing activities and prepare reports.
- Contribute to technology solution delivery that enhances operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Work alongside experienced professionals on business improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Eligibility for the Tamheer Program is required.
- A Bachelor's degree is required in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
