- Coordinate logistics for events, exhibitions, and projects, including multimodal transport planning and execution
- Manage cargo movement and service deliverables, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and international regulations
- Prepare and organize all necessary documentation, including event related, airport related, and customs formalities
- Execute on site checks and contingency planning to ensure smooth operations during events
- Negotiate with vendors, carriers, and ports to secure favorable rates and services
- Maintain proactive communication with customers and principals to ensure service excellence and timely task completion
- Prepare RFQs, quotes, invoices, and follow up on collections in coordination with the finance team
- Support business development by maintaining existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities to grow revenue
