The Coordinator, Business Operations reports to the Chief Procurement Officer and is responsible for the coordination of Procurement Portfolio leadership teamwork and operations.
The role coordinates strategic planning, including tracking and monitoring of strategic priorities, as well as supports engagement with key system partners and other interested parties, representing the Procurement Office within the health system.
The Coordinator, Business Operations develops and implements work plans including identifying resources as required, develops, briefing notes, presentations and related key documentation, collects and analyzes data, formulates and evaluates options, and recommends solutions/courses of action to support the goals of the various programs and the ongoing needs of the major partners and other interested parties. The Coordinator develops special projects on behalf of the Procurement office and sees them through implementation.

Salary Range: *$76,111 - $109,409.
The starting salary for this position would be determined with consideration of the successful candidate’s relevant education and experience, and would be in alignment with the provincial compensation reference plan.
