Position Summary

  • Serve as point of contact for clients, communicate by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
  • Enter and retrieve information from computer databases to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries.
  • Operate standard office equipment; prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Transmit information via computer, mail, or fax; proofread and edit written information for accuracy.

  • Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs.
  • Speak clearly and professionally; prepare and review written documents accurately; answer telephones with appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop positive working relationships; support team goals; listen and respond to concerns of other employees.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
