- Transmit information via computer, mail, or fax, including proofreading and editing
- Operate standard office equipment and point of sale systems
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets

Position Summary
- Serve as point of contact for clients, communicate by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
- Enter and retrieve information from computer databases to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries.
- Operate standard office equipment; prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Transmit information via computer, mail, or fax; proofread and edit written information for accuracy.
Requirements
- Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs.
- Speak clearly and professionally; prepare and review written documents accurately; answer telephones with appropriate etiquette.
- Develop positive working relationships; support team goals; listen and respond to concerns of other employees.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
