Responsibilities
- Serve as point of contact for clients, responding to questions and requests by phone and email
- Enter and retrieve information from computer databases to update records, files, and reservations
- Prepare letters, memos, and documents using word processing and other software
- Transmit information via computer, mail, or fax, including proofreading and editing
- Operate standard office equipment and point of sale systems
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally by phone and email
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds

- Servir de référent aux clients et communiquer par téléphone et e mail pour répondre aux questions et demandes.
- Saisir et récupérer des informations dans des bases de données informatiques pour mettre à jour dossiers, fichiers, réservations.
- Utiliser les autres équipements de bureau standard ; préparer des documents à l'aide de logiciels de traitement de texte, tableur, base de données ou présentation.
- Transmettre des informations ou documents par ordinateur, courrier ou fax ; relire et modifier les informations écrites.
Exigences
- Suivre toutes les politiques et procédures de la chaîne ; porter un uniforme propre et complet ; maintenir une apparence professionnelle.
- Accueillir les clients selon les standards ; anticiper leurs besoins ; aider les personnes handicapées.
- Utiliser un langage clair et courtois ; préparer et corriger des documents ; répondre au téléphone avec le langage approprié.
- Développer des relations professionnelles positives ; soutenir les objectifs communs ; écouter et répondre aux préoccupations.
- Signaler les accidents, blessures et conditions dangereuses au responsable.
- Déplacer, soulever, porter, tirer et placer des charges pesant jusqu'à 4,5 kg.
