Position Details

• Food and beverage and culinary position located at Omar Al Mukhtar Street, Area 61, Al Dafna, Doha, Qatar.
• The position is full time, non-management, and not remote.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and preparation checklists.
• Prepare special meals, substitute dishes, cold foods, portions, presentations, and garnishes.
• Monitor food quality and quantity, maintain food logs, and communicate surplus food, removed items, and menu specials.
• Support busy service periods and assist management with employee hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, motivation, and coaching.

Physical and Safety Requirements

• Follow company safety policies, report hazards and incidents, complete training, and obtain required safety certifications.
• Work standing, sitting, and moving for extended periods, including bending, rotating, reaching, pulling, and crouching.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Diploma from a technical, trade, or vocational educational institution is recommended.
• At least three years of related work experience is recommended.
• No supervisory experience or certifications are required.
