Role Overview
The role supports the business by maintaining inventory, costing, fixed assets, payroll, and procure-to-pay functions.
The position provides accurate information to management and supports the Controller with accounting guidance.
Responsibilities
- Safeguard inventory and fixed assets through strong internal controls and monitored financial systems.
- Sustain controls across P2P, fixed assets, I2C, and HR cycles.
- Monitor cycle risks, provide mitigation solutions, and report AP, inventory, costing, and fixed asset results.
- Maintain and enhance internal controls under the PepsiCo GCS 4.0 framework.
- Support fraud risk assessment, control self-testing, and remediation with business and control owners.
- Support internal and external audits covering costing, AP, fixed assets, and payroll.
- Ensure statutory, legal, tax, corporate, and local policy compliance.
- Provide control guidance and support Supply Chain, Global Procurement, and other relevant functions.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- At least 8 years of experience.
- Ability to interact with senior management.
- Strong accounting and financial reporting experience.
- Experience in an FMCG reporting environment.
