Role Overview
The Senior Merchandiser is part of the sales team and is responsible for maximizing on-shelf presence in assigned outlets.
The role may also conduct in-store sampling and promotional activities.
Merchandising Responsibilities
- Call on specified outlets according to the daily journey plan.
- Merchandise products across shelves, stands, floor displays, and other access points.
- Place point-of-sale materials beside approved product displays.
- Ensure all access points comply with approved planograms.
- Rotate products using the FIFO method and remove sub-standard products.
- Maintain clean and fresh product stock on shelves.
- Monitor and report competitive activities.
- Report deviations from agreed terms with assigned outlet customers.
- Report prior-day activities to the supervisor each day.
- Participate in sampling and redemption campaigns when required.
- Maintain professional appearance and behaviour in line with the code of conduct.

- Execution standards.
- LTA enforcement.
- Journey plan adherence.
