Position Summary
Support global contracting activities during tendering, bid preparation, contract formation, and procurement stages.
Review, draft, negotiate, and standardize contractual documents for client-facing and supply chain engagements.
Manage contractual risk, flow down main-contract obligations, and support corporate contract governance across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review client contract documents during tender and pre-award stages.
- Prepare contractual risk assessments, qualifications, and tender contractual positions.
- Draft and negotiate pre-bid, cooperation, consortium, and related agreements.
- Draft and maintain purchase order terms, subcontract agreements, and service agreements.
- Flow down client contract obligations into supplier and subcontractor agreements.
- Support contract governance, standardization, and risk management.
- Provide contractual support to Tendering, Supply Chain, Projects, Legal, and Finance teams globally.
Qualifications and Experience
- A law degree or equivalent legal qualification with 5–8 years of relevant EPC, engineering, or construction contracting experience is one qualification pathway.
