Job Summary
Oversee quality assurance and quality control for civil and structural works on utility-scale Solar PV projects.
Ensure site grading, access roads, piling, structural foundations, inverter platforms, and substation civil works meet specifications, designs, and international quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain the project Quality Management System, Project Quality Plan, and Inspection and Test Plans.
- Supervise and approve piling operations, including ramming and pre-drilling.
- Conduct static, dynamic, and lateral pile load tests for solar structures.
- Inspect earthworks, grading, drainage, access roads, fencing, and concrete works daily.
- Issue Non-Conformance Reports and verify corrective and preventive actions.
- Review Requests for Inspection and maintain QA/QC checklists.
- Compile final civil quality documentation handover packages.
