- Maintain working relationship with Design, Construction, Engineering, Procurement and Legal Management
- Supervise site measurement team; manage monthly valuations
- Agree on valuations and methods of reimbursement with CM/Contractor representatives
- Set up and manage site valuation procedures
- Implement Configuration Management protocols and procedures; manage directives and variations
- Manage final accounts including preparation, submission and agreement
- Audit level review and final recommendation of all commercial documentation
- Assess contractual implications of site decisions and optimization of practical contract conditions
- Compile and scrutinize design deliverables; review Bills of Quantities
- Manage claims, advise on all aspects of contractual claims
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 20+ years of related program/Contracts management experience
- 15+ years of proven experience in Procurement Management under FIDIC conditions
- Extensive hands on experience in FIDIC Contracts within multidisciplinary large scale projects
- Minimum 8 years leadership experience managing diverse activities
- In depth knowledge of industry standard forms of contracting and procurement procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent command in English language

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Contracts Manager to join the team in Jeddah.
- The role develops, implements, and audits policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Works with Construction Manager(s) and Contractors to ensure standards are maintained and contract terms adhered to.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain working relationship with Design, Construction, Engineering, Procurement and Legal Management.
- Supervise site measurement team; manage monthly valuations.
- Agree on valuations and methods of reimbursement with CM/Contractor representatives.
- Set up and manage site valuation procedures.

- Evaluate claims including compilation of effective contemporary records.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) with 20+ years of related program/Contracts management experience.
- 15+ years of proven experience in Procurement Management under FIDIC conditions of Contract Forms.
- Extensive hands on experience in FIDIC Contracts within multidisciplinary large scale projects is a must.
- Minimum 8 years leadership experience managing diverse activities.
- In depth knowledge of industry standard forms of contracting, procurement procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent command in English language.
- Expert knowledge and skills relating to contract management and procurement.
