Job Overview
- Parsons is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- The role involves developing, implementing, and auditing contract policies and procedures.
- Works closely with Construction Manager(s), Contractors, and Budget and Planning Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain working relationship with Design, Construction, Engineering, Procurement and Legal Management.
- Supervise site measurement team; manage monthly valuations.
- Agree on valuations and methods of reimbursement with CM/Contractor representatives.
- Set up and manage site valuation procedures.
- Liaise and coordinate agreement on valuations with Construction Managers / Contractors.
- Implement Configuration Management protocols and procedures; manage directives and variations.
- Manage final accounts including preparation, submission and agreement with Client/Contractor/Consultant.
- Audit level review and final recommendation of all commercial documentation.
- Assess contractual implications of site decisions and optimization of practical contract conditions.
- Compile and scrutinize design deliverables to ensure conformance, accuracy and completeness.
- Review Bills of Quantities to assure an accurate reflection of the work.
- Manage claims, advice on all aspects of contractual claims.
Requirements
- Experience in contract management on large scale projects.
- Knowledge of contract terms and conditions.

- Experience with site measurement and valuation.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
