Contracts Manager

Lead contract management activities across the full project lifecycle

Manage subcontract procurement, negotiations and commercial agreements

Monitor project performance, including cost, variations and contractual obligations

Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities

Provide advice and support to project teams on contractual matters

Support reporting, forecasting and commercial governance across projects

We’re looking for a Contracts Manager with strong experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects, who understands how to manage commercial outcomes in a complex delivery environment. You’re confident working across contracts, managing stakeholders and supporting teams to deliver successful results.

You bring a structured, detail-focused approach and are comfortable balancing competing priorities while maintaining strong commercial discipline. You know how to identify risks early, work through issues and provide practical, solutions-focused advice.

You build strong relationships, communicate clearly and collaborate across teams to achieve shared outcomes. You’re proactive, accountable and take pride in delivering high-quality work that supports the success of the project and wider business.
