Job Summary
Support subcontract formation and administration for the Ar Rjum greenfield gold mining project in Riyadh.
Ensure subcontract compliance with project requirements through formation, progress review, forecasting, and communication of difficulties.
Work Location and Telework
- Work location is Riyadh.
- Telework type is full-time office/project.
- International single relocation is authorized.
Subcontract Formation
- Ensure subcontract execution and direct negotiations for subcontract commitments.
- Develop and issue assigned subcontracts and services agreements.
- Prepare bidder lists, pre-qualify bidders, and issue bid request packages to approved bidders.
- Coordinate bidder questions and responses, receive bids, and evaluate them commercially.
- Prepare commercial bid summaries, recommendations, approvals, and subcontract documents for execution.
- Organize and conduct pre-bid, bid clarification, and pre-award meetings and issue action-focused meeting notes.
Subcontract Management
- Implement the Supply Chain Assignment Schedule and standard work procedures for subcontract management.
