Overview

  • We are seeking a Contracts & Claims Specialist for our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
  • The role involves safeguarding contractual entitlements, managing commercial risk, and providing claims support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Administration & Commercial Advisory: Administer contracts under FIDIC, interpret rights and obligations, monitor compliance, maintain registers.
  • Claims & Entitlement Management: Lead preparation and assessment of EOT, cost, variation, delay, disruption, acceleration, and other claims.
  • Contractual Correspondence & Documentation: Draft and manage contractual correspondence, notices, and determinations.
  • Change Management & Commercial Support: Administer variation and change management, manage provisional sums, support payment applications.
  • Dispute Resolution & Risk Management: Identify risks, support dispute avoidance, prepare documentation for dispute boards.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in contract administration and claims management under FIDIC contracts.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills.
  • Commercially astute professional thriving in complex project environments.
