As a Contracts Administrator II at PTI Technologies, you will play a crucial role in the aerospace industry by managing customer contracts and ensuring compliance while protecting the company's interests. You will take the lead in complex proposals and contract activities, collaborating closely with various departments such as Business Development, Finance, Engineering, and Quality. Your responsibilities will include interpreting medium to large OEM quotes, independently administering contracts, and acting as the primary contact for contract-related matters. You will monitor performance, prepare essential documentation, and facilitate negotiations to align with management guidelines.
Additionally, you will support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction, while providing valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This position allows you to contribute directly to the company's success and achieve business objectives within a high-performance environment.

To thrive as a Contracts Administrator II at PTI Technologies, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in contracts administration is essential, with demonstrated expertise in negotiating commercial and government contracts. Strong analytical skills are critical, enabling you to interpret contract requirements and identify risks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle software is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams. You should be adept at managing multiple contracts and priorities in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. A customer-focused mindset combined with sound judgment ensures compliance and balances organizational objectives.
The ability to lead discussions on contract performance and drive continuous improvement is also essential for success in this role.
