Job Overview
- Our client is hiring for a Contract Specialist/Legal expert responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a broad range of contracts.
- This role requires a strong legal foundation to ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Drafting & Review: Prepare, analyze, and revise vendor, service, and subcontractor agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective risk mitigation.
- Negotiation: Lead or support negotiations with vendors, clients, and partners to secure favorable terms and protect organizational interests.
- Risk Management: Identify potential liabilities, assess contractual risks, and recommend mitigation strategies in coordination with legal counsel.
- Contract Administration: Maintain a centralized contract repository, track key milestones and renewals, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Advisory Support: Provide legal and contractual guidance to internal teams regarding interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution; liaise with external counsel when necessary.
