- Manage long term service contracts for key customers involving gas turbine component repair and maintenance services.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual, technical, and commercial obligations.
- Monitor and optimise contract performance, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and develop long term customer relationships.
- Support commercial discussions, contract reviews, variations, and service improvements.
- Prepare project updates, performance reports, and customer presentations.
Requirements
- Arabic speaker (Mandatory)
- Experience in contract/project management
- Good commercial understanding
- Technical knowledge of gas turbines or rotating equipment
- Willingness to travel across the GCC
