We are is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven business development professional to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the continued success of a dynamic HR consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships across industries (mainly focused on industrial manufacturing, EPC, power, construction-related
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Promote recruitment and HR consultancy solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements effectively
- Contribute to overall business growth and market expansion initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Business Development, Client Relations, or Sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional, self-motivated, and goal-oriented approach
- Familiarity with the Middle Eastern market is beneficial
