- Manage all pre contract activities including tendering, cost estimation, contract drafting, and procurement strategy
- Oversee post contract administration, including contract execution, variations, claims, and final accounts
- Review and negotiate contract terms, ensuring compliance with project requirements and company policies
- Handle contractual correspondence, claims analysis, and dispute resolution
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor project costs and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and contractual obligations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in contract management for building and villa projects
- Strong experience in both pre contract and post contract functions
- Prior experience working in Dubai / UAE projects is mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with reputed consultancy firms in the UAE (preferred)
- Professional certifications (MRICS / equivalent) will be an advantage

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in building and villa projects to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have solid expertise in both pre contract and post contract management, with proven experience handling projects within the UAE market.
