Job Scope Summary
- The Contract Manager is responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of the Company's contractual obligations, commercial agreements, and contract governance to ensure compliance with concession agreements, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts, regulatory requirements, and
Job Responsibilities
- Administer the Company's O&M Contract, Concession Agreement, and other commercial agreements
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements
- Maintain the contract register, contractual correspondence, and document control records
- Ensure all contractual documentation is current, controlled, and readily available for audit purposes
- Support contract interpretation and provide contractual advice to Plant Management
- Monitor compliance with contractual KPIs, service levels, and performance obligations
- Review contractual notices, obligations, and deadlines to ensure timely compliance
- Coordinate submission of contractual reports, notifications, and supporting documentation
- Monitor contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures
- Ensure compliance with company governance, Delegation of Authority (DOA), and contractual procedures
- Manage contract variations, amendments, and change requests
- Prepare and coordinate contractual correspondence relating to claims, variations, and disputes
