Read about our Côté Gold About the role: We are actively seeking a Contractor Management Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of contractor work across site operations. This role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end contractor lifecycle—from pre-qualification and onboarding through to performance monitoring and closeout. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Safety, Environment, Training, and Security, the Specialist ensures all contractor requirements are met prior to and during work execution. This position also maintains accurate, auditable records within the Contractor Management System and provides data-driven insights to support risk-based decision-making and continuous improvement. This role is located at the Cote Gold Mine Site on a rotational schedule. Responsibilities:
