Senior Executive Administrative Support

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, the Senior Executive Administrative Support will coordinate executive priorities, manage schedules and logistics, and support the preparation of high-quality materials for meetings, reporting, and decision-making. The role plays a key part in ensuring consistent follow-up, effective communication, and alignment across Operations, People, and Legal functions.
• This position also supports data-enabled decision-making by collecting, organizing, and synthesizing information into clear and concise reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive and board-level audiences. The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement efforts by streamlining coordination processes, improving reporting practices, and leveraging digital tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

• We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with post-secondary education in a relevant field and experience supporting senior leaders or working in complex, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and a collaborative, adaptable mindset are essential, while bilingualism in English and French is considered a strong asset.

• Salary Range: CAD $79K-119K + bonus
