The Contract Administrator is required to join our team to handle multiple tasks.
The primary objective of this job is to safeguard the Company’s interests in all aspects of contracts management and to support the Contracts Manager throughout the contracts management lifecycle.
Responsibilities
-Administration of the Main Contract and Major Subcontract Agreements
-Draft Subcontract Agreement, in compliance with the Company’s Standard Templates
-Exposure to Claims preparation and assessment processes.
-Drafting of contractual correspondences.
-Manage record-keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
-Coordination with internal stakeholders.
-Ensure that all deliverables required under the contract are adequately submitted in a timely
manner.
-Initiate reviews, amendments, and addenda as and when required.
-Ability to prepare / review payments applications.
-Strong negotiation skills.
-Ensure efficient coordination and communication with all stakeholders
-Observe the project risk register and implement efficient risk controls measures.
-Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of contracts systems, processes and practices.
Qualifications
:
-Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contracts management of multi function mega projects.
-Bachelor degree in relevant Engineering field.
-Strong English communication skills is mandatory.
-Commercial experience is an advantage.
-Roads and Infrastructure experience is an advantage.
-Experience with Government entities in the State of Qatar is an advantage.
-Experience of working in teamwork environment
-Keeps up to date with current contract legislation.
