Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate HSE strategy, policies, and standards
- Provide HSE leadership and governance for multiple mega construction projects
- Ensure compliance with Ashghal requirements, QCS, and local regulations
- Monitor HSE performance and establish KPI dashboards
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Conduct corporate HSE audits and management reviews
- Manage and mentor project HSE teams
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline
- Minimum 20 25 years of HSE experience including 5 years in executive or corporate management role
- Experience with major infrastructure, roads, utilities, rail, or government projects in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of Ashghal requirements and Qatar Construction Specifications
- NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent professional certification
- Lead Auditor certification for ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001
- Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or Lean Management background

Position Summary
- Lead and strengthen HSE management systems across the organization.
- Provide strategic HSE leadership across multiple large scale construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate HSE strategy, policies, and standards.
- Provide HSE leadership for multiple mega projects.
- Ensure compliance with Ashghal requirements and local regulations.
- Monitor HSE performance and establish KPI dashboards.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.

- Review project risk assessments and emergency response plans.
- Drive behavioral safety initiatives.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, OHS, or related.
- 20 25 years HSE experience including 5 years in corporate management.
- Experience with major infrastructure projects in Qatar.
- Knowledge of Ashghal requirements and QCS.
- NEBOSH International Diploma.
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or Lean background.
- Lead Auditor for ISO 45001/14001.
